How it works

• You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• To start, email us at contact@rsmnovaenterprise.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
• The guarantee applies to all products, including items bought on sale or as part of a bundle or Buy 1 Get 1 offer.

Returns

If we ask you to send the item back, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Return shipping is paid by us - you pay nothing. In many cases we will offer you the option to keep the product and still receive your refund.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
