Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification.

Tracking will be activated within 24 hours.

The Essential Your Side is not responsible for any customs or taxes levied on your order.
All fees incurred during or after shipping, such as customs, taxes, or import fees, are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

The Essential Your Side is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is processed.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
