Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. There are no shipping fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Customs, duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes are paid by us. You will not be asked to pay any customs fee, duty or tax on delivery.

Damaged, lost or late packages
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package does not arrive, please email us. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you, under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
